COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – A new ownership group, DCP Woodmen LLC, has purchased Woodmen Corporate Center and has selected Griffis/Blessing to continue handling management of the 101,755 square foot office building. The tenants include Bison Media, Inc, David Weekley Homes, GS4 Secure Solutions, Analytical Graphics, Inc, and Innoven Energy Partners.
Rita Dugan, ACoM, Property Manager and Adrianna Claybrook, Management Assistant, will oversee the day-to-day operations of the building with assistance from Tiffany Koschwitz, Property Accountant, and Jim Leach, Maintenance Technician.
