COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Griffis/Blessing was selected by 200 South Broadway Limited Partnership to manage Wells Fargo building which sits on 2.7 acres at 201 West 8th Street, Pueblo, Colorado. The eight-story, class B office tower is 109,238 square feet and is home to seventeen tenants, including Wells Fargo, the Department of Social Services, O’Meara, LLC, InterLinc Mortgage Services, KKTV, Colorado Springs Utilities, Kettlekamp, Young & Kettlekamp, Human Touch Home Care, Bethart Turner, PeopleCare Health Services, and Charles W. Ready.
Portfolio Manager, Lisa Hammond, FMP, will head the management team overseeing day-to-day operations of the building. She will be assisted by the on-site team of Raeanna Mahoney, Parking Attendant, Gabe Gonzales, Service Technician and a to be hired Management Portfolio Assistant.
