COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – A new Denver based owner has selected Griffis/Blessing, Inc. to manage Town Center, a 36,168 square foot industrial building centrally located in Colorado Springs just off Platte Avenue. The building is 65% occupied and anchored by Lockheed Martin, Rotech Healthcare and ABM.

Jeremiah Nease, CPM^®, Senior Director of Commercial Property Management, and the team of Ashlei Martinez, Portfolio Assistant, Cindy Colby, Accounting Supervisor, and Mark Fox, Maintenance Technician will oversee day-to-day operations.
