Thomas Felter Joins Griffis/Blessing’s Commercial Property Services Group in Boise

Colorado Springs, CO – Griffis/Blessing, Inc. is proud to announce the hiring of Thomas Felter, CSM, to the Commercial Property Services Group as the General Manager of the Owyhee in Boise, ID. Mr. Felter, who has over 20 years of property management and operations experience, will oversee the day-to-day operations of the historic 115,285 square foot, mixed-use building.

Prior to joining Griffis/Blessing, Mr. Felter was the Commercial Office/Retail Program Manager for the Idaho Department of Lands. Before relocating to Boise in 2012, Mr. Felter was a senior property manager for Biomed Realty Trust.
