Denver Ownership Group Appoints Griffis/Blessing to Manage The Centre Apartments

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Griffis/Blessing has been selected for the management assignment of The Centre Apartments by Denver based owner Centre Colorado Springs, LLC. The 167-unit community offers a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes and is centrally located at 1921 Van Buren Street in Colorado Springs.
