Colorado Springs, CO – Griffis/Blessing has been tabbed by Woodland Park Investors, LLC to manage the newly built retail center at 19590 East Highway 24 in Woodland Park, Colorado adjacent to the Walmart Supercenter.  Starbucks and T-Mobile will anchor the 5,000 square foot building with a 1,200 square foot vacant space still available.   

Portfolio Manager, Jeremiah Nease, CPM®, will head the management team overseeing day-to-day operations of the building. Gwen Hughes, Management Assistant, Tiffany Koschwitz, Property Accountant, and Bobby Black, Maintenance Technician round out the team for this assignment.
