Colorado Springs, CO – Griffis/Blessing is excited to announce the hiring of Tiffany Koschwitz as a Property Accountant for the Financial Services group. Ms. Koschwitz will be responsible for an accounting portfolio consisting of 21 commercial properties and 9 multifamily communities. She will handle transactions for the entire accounting cycle as well as prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.

Prior to joining Griffis/Blessing, Ms. Koschwitz was the accountant for Active Release Techniques, a soft tissue treatment system. She received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida Gulf Coast University.
