Colorado Springs, CO – Griffis/Blessing announces the hiring of Dora Fessler as the new Denver Portfolio Manager for the Commercial Property Services group. Ms. Fessler will oversee a growing office building and retail portfolio of 283,407 square feet with 67 tenants.
“Ms. Fessler brings over twelve years property management experience and an understanding of and familiarity with the Denver market and surrounding areas. Prior to working for Griffis/Blessing, Ms. Fessler spent 12 years with Vectra Bank as the Senior Facilities Admin. Ms. Fessler recently received her Real Estate license, enjoys camping, and owns investment property in the mountains.
