Colorado Springs, CO – Griffis/Blessing has been selected to manage the Northfield Commons, 18,2999 square foot retail center on Northfield Blvd, for the ownership group, The 1046 Munras Properties, LP. Costa Vida and Waxing the City are two of the current tenants as well as property anchors AT&T and Anytime Fitness.
The day-to-day operations of the property will be handled by the Denver Commercial Services team of Portfolio Manager Katie Kier, and Management Assistant Courtney Stahl.
