Colorado Springs, CO – Griffis/Blessing is pleased to announce that it has been selected to manage five affordable and market rate apartment communities in Colorado Springs on behalf of the Colorado Springs Housing Authority. The new management portfolio includes Chestnut Glen Townhomes, Fir Tree Apartments, Garden Pines Apartments, Shadow Wood Chalet, and Yuma Court Townhomes. Together, these communities comprise 294 units that serve individuals and families with low to moderate incomes.
