Colorado Springs, CO – Premier Homes Inc. has selected Griffis/Blessing to manage the new student housing community being built in time for the 2015-2016 school year, Lion Village. The townhome community will be located near Delmonico Drive and Rockrimmon Blvd. in Colorado Springs.

The first phase of Lion Village will consist of fully furnished units, including a flat screen television, with all utilities, cable and internet included. There are four floor plans with 132 rentable rooms. Floor plan amenities include fully appointed kitchens, private baths for each bedroom, and a washer and dryer. The planned community amenities will feature a swimming pool, tanning beds, fitness center, bike racks, business center and Wi-Fi access in the clubhouse. There will also be a roommate match system in place to combine students with similar interests and studies.
