COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Griffis/Blessing has been selected, by KRA Investments, LLC, to manage the retail and industrial businesses at 802 – 878 Garden of the Gods Road. The 89,662 square foot site is located on the westside of Colorado Springs and the anchor tenants include Sonic Drive-In, Dutch Bros., Fittje Brothers, and JP Fizzy’s.
The day to day operations of the sites will be handled by Portfolio Manager Suzan Parra, Management Assistant Tracy Monteith, and Property Accountant Cindy Colby.
