DENVER, CO – Scott Kirkwood CPM®, Regional Manager for Griffis/Blessing, Inc, recently won Most Outstanding Regional Manager with a portfolio of more than 1,600 units at this year’s Tributes Awards hosted by the Apartment Association of Metro Denver. Scott joined the Griffis/Blessing team in August 2014 and since he as started there has been 50% growth in the Denver portfolio. Starting with eight properties representing 1,373 units, the Denver group has grown to fifteen properties representing 2,723 units while adding on an additional District Manager and Administrative Assistant.

The Denver growth is due in part to the guidance of Scott; he has compiled an outstanding team of employees in this market. Employees are encouraged to volunteer in non-profits both on their own time, in the local apartment association (Scott currently serves on the Board of Directors), during the annual April company volunteer day, and much more.
