Colorado Springs, CO – Griffis/Blessing, Inc. is proud to announce that Jaclyn Rice has been promoted to Assistant District Manager. In her new position, Ms. Rice will be overseeing the five communities in the Denver portfolio.
Her experience in the apartment industry began over eight years ago as a Leasing Consultant. Jaclyn says, “My determination and the support from my peers have been the prime impetus’ for my growth and success from property management to my most recent progression into the Assistant District Manager position with Griffis/Blessing. I am truly honored to have been provided such an opportunity to represent Griffis/Blessing and the owners of the apartment communities in the Denver portfolio for which I oversee”.
