COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Griffis/Blessing has been selected to manage the three-community multifamily portfolio of LavCo Investments LLC in Southern Colorado. Regal Estates and Lelaray Apartments are located in Colorado Springs and Skyview Apartments is in Pueblo.

Skyview Apartments is the largest of the three with 230 units featuring one- and two-bedroom units with all electric gourmet kitchens, tile flooring, plush carpeting, 9ft ceilings and air conditioning and select include ceiling fans, disability access and a pantry. The community offers a beautiful landscaped property, billiards table, basketball court, fabulous clubhouse, ample guest parking and a picnic area with barbecues.

Regal Estates, located along the South Academy corridor in central Colorado Springs, CO, offers one- and two-bedroom spacious apartments. The floor plans range from 792 – 1,000 square feet and feature amenities such as private balconies, walk-in closets, fully appointed kitchens, a mix of carpet and vinyl flooring and air conditioning.
