COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Griffis/Blessing has been appointed the property manager of 4th and Perry Retail Center for the owner of 340-390 Perry Street, LLC. The 19,656 square foot center is located at 340-390 Perry Street in Castle Rock. Copper Falls Aveda Spa, Lost Coffee, LLC and The Pueblo Bank and Trust Company are some of the tenants at the 92% occupied property.
The day-to-day operations of the property will be handled by Commercial Services Portfolio Manager Victoria Harley.
