Griffis/Blessing Named Property Manager for 888 Garden of the Gods

Colorado Springs, CO – Griffis/Blessing has been chosen to manage 888 Garden of the Gods, a 29,639 square foot office building in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The current tenants are Colorado Department of Corrections and Mosaic. Suzan Parra, the Portfolio Manager along with Carrie Lanning, Portfolio Assistant, Dawn Sewell, Maintenance Tech and Cindy Colby, Property Accountant, will oversee the day-to-day operations.
