Griffis/Blessing, Inc. Has Been Awarded Management of Powers Office Park

Colorado Springs, CO – Griffis/Blessing, Inc. is pleased to announce its selection by Patten, MacPhee & Assoc., Inc. to provide property management services at Powers Office Park. Patten, MacPhee, located in Denver, was appointed as receiver of the 93,000 square foot, three-building development located at 9320 Grand Cordera Parkway in Colorado Springs. Tenants at the property include the US Air Force, State Farm and Cordera Medical.

“Our experience managing medical buildings and foreclosed properties was a key factor of our being selected,” said Rick Davidson, CPM^®, Senior Vice President of Griffis/Blessing’s Commercial Property Services Group. “The buildings will be included in a portfolio of medical office buildings managed by Rita Dugan.”

The development sits on 24.3 acres near the intersection of Powers Boulevard and Briargate Parkway. Original development plans call for the construction of three additional buildings.
