Griffis/Blessing, Inc. Announces the Purchase of Bonterra Lakeside Apartments

Colorado Springs, CO – Griffis/Blessing, Inc. announces the purchase of Bonterra Lakeside Apartments, located on the southwest side of Colorado Springs. Conveniently located above Quail Lake, the apartment community offers pet-friendly living and a wide array of outdoor activities.

Griffis/Blessing’s Multifamily Property Services Group, led by Senior Vice President Pat Stanforth, CPM^®, will manage the property. “This property is in a fantastic location for pet lovers and outdoor enthusiasts alike,” says Stanforth. “We are also excited by the opportunities for improvement that Bonterra offers and have already developed a capital improvement plan in conjunction with the ownership group.”

Bonterra Lakeside Apartments has 156 apartment homes in one-, two- and three-bedrooms. The property will be managed by regional manager Carmen Azzopardi, with day-to-day operations to be handled by on-site property manager Lucius Romero.
