COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Griffis/Blessing is excited to welcome Kerry Egelston as the new Senior Vice President of the Property Operations Group. Kerry has over 32 years of multifamily experience, as well as oversight of stabilized assets, new development, property rehabilitation and student communities.
She also has significant experience with asset acquisition and disposition, including the largest multifamily disposition in Colorado history, overseeing the sale of nearly 34 communities over a two-year span. Additionally, she was accountable for a national portfolio of over 20,000 units.
Kerry holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University-Global Campus.
