COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Due to increased demand in the last few months, Griffis/Blessing, Inc has expanded again by adding a small property portfolio into the mix. There are currently four communities in the portfolio being overseen by Candice Kennedy, CAM. These include The Ivy at Cheyenne Creek, Paloma Terrace, Woodside Townhomes and Shannon Hills Apartments.

The portfolio started with the addition of The Ivy at Cheyenne Creek, 60 units, on November 1st. Paloma Terrace Apartments, 60 units, came online at the beginning of December and Woodside Townhomes, 72 units, just before the New Year on Dec. 29. We took over management on the most recent addition, Shannon Hills, 70 units, January 29th.
