Griffis/Blessing Commercial Property Services Awarded Management of Medical Offices at 215 South Parkside Drive

Colorado Springs, CO – Griffis/Blessing, Inc. has been awarded management of the medical offices located at 215 South Parkside Drive. Primary tenants include Arthritis Associates of Colorado Springs and Electrophysiology Associates, P.C.

Griffis/Blessing’s Commercial Property Services Group, headed by Senior Vice President Rick Davidson, CPM^®, will manage the 19,078 sq. ft. property, with Portfolio Manager Rita Dugan overseeing the daily management.
