Griffis/Blessing Chosen to Oversee Property Management ofWhispering Pines Apartments

Colorado Springs, CO – Griffis/Blessing was chosen to handle the property management of Whispering Pines Apartments on East Fountain Boulevard.

“We are excited to have the opportunity to be part of a new ownership and his vision for upgrades at the community as well as introducing a new group of residents to our high quality of service” says Pat Stanforth, Senior Vice President of Multifamily Services.

Whispering Pines has 207 one and two bedroom apartment homes that include large floor plans, gas furnace, air conditioning, well‑appointed kitchens, extra storage, and private decks. The community amenities include a swimming pool and playground. Carmen Azzopardi CPM® is taking on the assignment as the Regional Property Manager; the Property Manager is Sam Boyungs.
