Colorado Springs, CO – Griffis Blessing has been name the property manager for the third time by The Boldt Company on a new build in Canon City, Saint Thomas More Medical Center. The 30,337-square foot healthcare facility is located at 1338 D-Phay Avenue with Centura and Lap Corp as the anchor tenants.
The commercial management team of Patty Jones, CPM®, Portfolio Manager, Paula Neary, Management Assistant, and Cindy Colby, Property Accountant, will oversee the day to day operations of the property.
