Griffis/Blessing Awarded Management for 1699 Medical Center Point

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – 1699 MCP, LLC, a single member LLC wholly owned by 601 El Camino Real LLC, has selected Griffis/Blessing as the property manager for 1699 Medical Center Point, a medical office building located in central Colorado Springs near Circle and Union. The medical building is 9,585 square feet and 100% occupied by Gastroenterology Associates and Pikes Peak Endoscopy Center.

Patty Jones, CPM®, Portfolio Manager, will oversee the day to day operations of the property with the assistance of Paula Neary, Portfolio Assistant.
