Colorado Springs, CO – Griffis/Blessing has been selected to manage Janitell, a multi-tenant retail space, located at 2749 – 2779 Janitell Road in Colorado Springs. The 32,325 square foot building is home to Memorial Health Systems, ABC Dental and Orthodontics, and Quest Diagnostics.
Senior Portfolio Manger, Liz Seeger, RPA, LEED® AP, with the assistance of Courtney Brunner, Portfolio Management Assistant, Tiffany Ahnert, Property Accountant, and Cody Swack, Day Porter, will oversee day-to-day operations.
