The centrally located, 21,522-square foot property is one hundred percent occupied including A Day in the Time of Healing, LLC, Hands Up, LLC, Colorado Springs Oral and Faial Surgery, LLC, Dr. Michael Cooley, Legacy Family Dental Care, PC, and Knight Beautique, LLC.
The Commercial Services team overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property will be led by Portfolio Manager Rita Dugan, ACoM, Management Assistant Adrianna Claybrook, and Property Accountant Tiffany Koschwitz.
