Griffis/Blessing, Inc has announced the expansion of its Commercial Property Management services into Canon City, CO after its appointment by CEBT, LLC as property manager of the Creekside Shopping Center located at 121 and 127 Justice Center in Canon City. The shopping center is located in a high traffic, desirable location along the major thoroughfare, Highway 50, and has over 62,000 square feet of leasable space. Tenants that call Creekside home are Pho Bowl, Ace Cash Express, Huh Inc, Cold Stone Creamery, Nelsen’s Fine Jewelry, Healthtrac LLC, Colorado Department of Motor Vehicles, Marine Corp Recruiting, Bealls Department Store, and Toreros Mexican Restaurant.
The Commercial Property Services Group team of Lisa Hammond, FMP, Assistant Portfolio Manager, Josh McFarland, Property Accountant, and Pete Shoptaugh, Maintenance Technician will handle the day-to-day operations.
