Griffis/Blessing Adds Four Buildings to Commercial and Facilities Management Portfolios

Colorado Springs, CO – Griffis/Blessing, Inc. is pleased to announce its selection by Community Banks of Colorado to provide property and facilities management services at two properties in Denver, one in Divide, CO, and one in Woodland Park, CO.

The four properties—a former tire company warehouse, a mixed use retail center, an automotive repair office warehouse and a two-story office building—total approximately 100,000 square feet.
