Colorado Springs, CO – Griffis/Blessing has been selected to manage the three-community multifamily portfolio of C2 Capital Partners in Colorado Springs under our new, small unit portfolio, GB Select.
Pikes Place on San Miguel Apartments is the largest of the three with 105 units featuring studio, one- and two-bedroom units with all electric gourmet kitchens and a patio or balcony. Select apartment homes offer a walk-in closet, in-wall air conditioner, dishwasher and mountain views. The community offers an open courtyard with outdoor grill, clubhouse, and shared laundry rooms.
De Cortez Apartments, 32 units and located just off Circle Drive in central Colorado Springs, offers two-bedroom spacious apartments. The floor plans have all electric kitchens, plenty of storage, a shared deck, and energy efficient windows. Community amenities included a large courtyard and on-site laundry facilities.
Pebble Creek Apartments is a 44-unit community with one- and two-bedroom apartments with fully appointed kitchens, ceiling fans, and plenty of closet space. The community offers on-site laundry, beautiful mountain views and shared decks.
