COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Griffis/Blessing has been selected to manage Corporate 25, a 133,439 square foot, multi-story Class A office building located in the Denver Tech Center. The extensively renovated property is home to 40 professional and healthcare practices and represents another strategic addition to Griffis/Blessing’s expanding portfolio of premier office assets.
The Commercial Property Services team, led by Portfolio Manager Megan Di Muro, will oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of the property.
