Denver, CO – Griffis/Blessing, Inc has been chosen to manage the 276-unit, garden-style community Vibe Apartments in Fort Collins for Buchanan Street Partners. The community offers a variety of amenities including a junior Olympic swimming pool, clubhouse with state-of-the-art fitness center with yoga studio, a dog spa as well as a sauna and steam room. The apartments provide residents with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, detached garages, a patio/balcony and in select units soaking tubs, walk-in showers and double vanities.
