COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Silverwood Investments, LP has selected Griffis/Blessing, Inc. to manage two retail properties in El Paso County. The first location, a Dollar Tree at 6955 Mesa Ridge Parkway in Fountain, is a 10,000 square foot building that is 100 percent occupied. The second property, at 5731 North Academy Boulevard, is 30,016 square feet and will house Colorado Springs Core Progression LLC, DBA Core Progression, Globe Charter School, and Sandstone Care Colorado, LLC when the current remodeling is completed.

Kelly Clay, Portfolio Manager, will lead the commercial management team who will oversee the day-to-day operations of the properties. She is assisted by Kylee Carlson, Management Assistant, Tiffany Koschwitz, Property Accountant, and Frank Ramirez, Maintenance Technician.
