Colorado Springs, CO – Griffis/Blessing, Inc. continues to solidify its position as the leading multifamily management firm in Southern Colorado, announcing the addition of five apartment communities to its management portfolio over the last few weeks. The expansion adds 660 units to the firm’s growing footprint.

The expansion began on January 28th with the transition of two centrally located assets:

  • Wind River Place: A 120-unit, pet-friendly community featuring one- and two-bedroom floor plans.
  • Chestnut Springs Apartments: A 92-unit community specializing in efficient 512-square-foot, one-bedroom residences.

The growth continued on February 10th as Griffis/Blessing assumed management of three additional properties:

  • Copper Chase: Located near Southgate, offering 150 units with a diverse mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans.
  • Lincoln Springs: Situated along the Fountain Blvd corridor, this community features 180 spacious apartment homes.
  • Newport Square: Located on North Academy near Austin Bluffs, providing 118 one- and two-bedroom residences.
