PARKER, CO – Griffis/Blessing, Inc. has been appointed property manager of the Shops at Crown Point in Parker. The property is 18,069 square feet and is currently occupied by seven tenants including Chipotle and Columbine Federal Credit Union.
The property management team will be led by Kristin Jonson, Portfolio Manager, with the assistance of JoLynn McLin, Management Assistant, and Cindy Colby, Accounting Supervisor, will oversee the day-to-day operations of the property.
