GB Select Portfolio

The GB Select Portfolio was created in 2022 to meet the needs of multifamily owners looking for an organization to provide a high level of property management services for their smaller communities. Focusing on Multifamily communities with under 100 units, GB Select provides the quality service you come to expect from Griffis/Blessing on a smaller scale. The Property Managers, Leasing Consultants and Service teams are centrally located in our Colorado Springs and Denver offices allowing them to support communities throughout Colorado.  Each community is set-up with Entrata as the Operating System, community specific website and phone number, and fully backed by our Administrative, Software, Training, Accounting, and Marketing teams
