Colorado Springs, CO – Griffis/Blessing is thrilled to announce the hiring of Penny Gettler, CAM as a District Manager for the Multifamily Property Services group. Ms. Gettler was originally hired as a Property Manager but was quickly promoted to District Manager when a position became available. She is responsible for the property management services, including operational and financial aspects, onsite personnel development, compliance, maintenance and capital planning, for nine communities in Colorado Springs.

Prior to working for Griffis/Blessing, Ms. Gettler was the Albuquerque Area Manager for a property management company in New Mexico.
