COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Griffis/Blessing, Inc is excited to announce it has been chosen by Soix Realty, Inc. to manage the 118,552 square foot Erindale Square shopping center. It is centrally located along the North Academy corridor. The shopping center is currently occupied by thirty-three tenants including Sonic, Fodor Billiards and Cutting Edge Realtors.
The management team of Bart Marlar, CPM®, Portfolio Manager and Carole Gaulrupp, Management Assistant will handle the day-to-day operations.
