Denver, CO – Seagate Colorado Partners has selected Griffis/Blessing to manage the Environs Rental Community at 3323 W. 96th Circle in Westminster, Colorado. Located in the highly desirable northern suburb of Denver, the community offers a rare mix of townhomes, patios homes, single-family homes and condominiums.
Environs Rental Community, which sits on 32 landscaped acres, has 17 available floor plans for 318 units.
