COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Griffis/Blessing, Inc is happy to announce its selection by Dublin 7676, LLC to manage recently constructed retail center The Shoppes IV at 7676 Dublin Blvd. It is in the growing retail corridor on the eastside of Colorado Springs on the northwest corner of Marksheffel Rd and Union Blvd. The management team of Tiffany Claypool, Portfolio Manager, Zak Adams, Management Assistant and Mariaha Padilla, Property Accountant will handle the day-to-day operations. Olive Group is marketing the vacancy.
