Griffis/Blessing Selected to Manage Diamond Rim Retail Center

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Griffis/Blessing has been appointed the property manager for Diamond Rim Retail Center by the owner Diamond Rim Development, LLC. The 9,018 square foot center is located at 13395 Voyager Parkway on the North end of Colorado Springs.  Fantastic Sam’s, Postal Annex+, Broken Bones BBQ, Pure Barr, Home Care Assistance of El Paso, and Z Ultimate Self Defense Karate Studio are the tenants occupying Diamond Rim.

The day-to-day operations of the property will be handled by Commercial Services Portfolio Manager Rita Dugan, ACoM, with assistance from Heather Warford, Management Assistant and Mark Fox, Maintenance Technician.
