COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Vande Lay Capital Partners has selected Griffis/Blessing to manage the 67,987-square foot retail center located at 1930 – 2070 South Academy Blvd. Chelton Centre is anchored by Big Lots, Texas T-Bone and Loaf & Jug.
The day-to-day operations of the property will be handled by the Commercial Services team of Portfolio Manager Liz Seeger, RPA, LEED AP, Management Assistant Cortney Brunner, and Property Accountant Cindy Colby.
