Carrie Lanning Joins Griffis/Blessing Commercial Property Services Group as Management Assistant

has joined the Commercial Property Services Group as a Management Assistant. She is responsible for administrative, organizational, and special project duties for her portfolio of office, industrial, and retail properties.

“We hired Carrie because of the numerous positive comments we received from former employers”, says Rick Davidson, CPM^®, Senior Vice President of the Commercial Property Services Group. “She has front counter retail experience that enabled the development of high customer service standards, which has become a trademark of Griffis/Blessing.”

Prior to joining Griffis/Blessing, Mrs. Lanning worked for El Paso County in the Food Stamps and Medicaid programs and was a shift manager of a local Starbucks retail outlet. Although this is her first experience in property management, she has brought a positive work ethic and strong customer service skills, which will benefit the company by helping to develop excellent tenant and vendor relationships.
