Ms. Seeger joined Griffis Blessing in 2010 and was promoted to Vice President, Commercial Property Services, in 2020.  She is responsible for guiding; managing and motivating thirteen Portfolio Management Teams, serving over 150 clients who own 6 million square feet of commercial assets across the Front Range.

Liz has managed commercial properties in the region since 1982, with the exception of a two-year period in stock brokerage and financial advising, and a nine-year period in Commercial HVAC, both of which gave her significant additional tools to bring further value to our clients.

Ms. Seeger has served as an officer on the Boards of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA); the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and the International Facility Managers Association (IFMA) and has been a panelist at Colorado Real Estate Journal Conferences.

Liz graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Colorado; holds BOMA’s Real Property Administrator designation; the International Green Building Council’s LEED AP designation, and a Colorado Real Estate Broker License.
