The 18,987 square foot office space is currently occupied by Counseling for you Colorado, Land Title, Jepsen Murphy and Associates and Alis Behavioral Health of Colorado with one space remaining available.
The management team of Alex Kim, Portfolio Manager and Megan Di Muro, Assistant Portfolio Manager will handle the day-to-day operations.
