The Western Slope portfolio has grown out of the needs of multifamily owners looking for an organization to provide quality property management services for their communities west of the Continental Divide. It started in July of 2022 with a new construction in Grand Junction, The Eddy Apartments, and quickly expanded to include Glenwood Springs and Montrose. We now manage nine apartment communities, with over 500 units throughout the area to encompass Durango and Fruita as well.

We have a team of Property Managers, Leasing Consultants and Service Staff supporting these communities located either on site or out of a regional corporate office in Grand Junction. Each community is set-up with Entrata as the Operating System, community specific website and phone number, and fully backed by our Administrative, Software, Training, Accounting, and Marketing teams
