COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Colorado Springs MOB Investors, LLC has selected Griffis/Blessing, Inc as the new property management company for 3027 North Circle Drive and 2312 North Nevada Avenue. Circle Drive is 23,950 square feet and 100% occupied by Centura Endocrinology Colorado Springs, PSF Primary Health Care Services, CHPG Penrose Community Urgent Care, and Penrose-St. Francis Health Learning Center on the northeast corner of Union and Circle. Penrose Pavilion is 69,526 square feet and home to Southern Colorado Breast Care Specialists, Colorado Springs Neurological Associates, Rocky Mountain Cancer Center, Colorado Laboratory Services, and Integrated Medical Consultants.
Jeremiah Nease, CPM®, Senior Portfolio Manager, will oversee the day to day operations of the properties with the support of Rachael Dumont, Portfolio Assistant and Greg Bolding, Maintenance Technician.
