Griffis/Blessing Awarded Management for South Circle Medical

Colorado Springs, CO – 2862 S. Circle Drive, LLC has selected Griffis/Blessing as the new property manager for 2862 South Circle Drive, a medical office building in southern Colorado Springs. The South Circle Medical building is 65,856 square feet and while it is currently 100% vacant, it is the former home of the Department of Corrections.

Dixie Snyder, CPM®, ACoM, Portfolio Manager, will oversee the day to day operations of the property with the assistance of Elizabeth Taylor, Portfolio Assistant.
