Carmen Azzopardi, CPM® – Vice President Multifamily Property Services

In 2017, Ms. Azzopardi was promoted to Vice President, Multifamily Property Services. Her responsibilities today include directing the operations for a multifamily portfolio of over 60 apartment communities and approximately 10,000 units. Ms. Azzopardi is responsible for overseeing the management and leasing of several residential properties in Colorado Springs.  She works directly with the regional managers to ensure owners’ goals are met.  In addition, she directs the operations and reporting of each property.

Ms. Azzopardi has worked in the residential management field since 1986. Ms. Azzopardi has extensive experience in all aspects of residential real estate marketing and operations, as well as budgeting, training, rehab of existing communities and start-up of new construction.

Ms. Azzopardi is active with the Apartment Association.  She has held several Committee/Chair positions in the past and instructs several classes for the Association including Risk Management, Maintenance for Managers, Financial Management for the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) classes.

Carmen holds her Certified Property Manager (CPM®); and a Colorado  Real Estate License.
