The 34,900 square foot, 2-story, Class A, medical office building, is home to Orthopedic Rehabilitation Associates, P.C., Haven Behavioral Outpatient Services of Colorado, Advanced Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Center, and Front Range Obstetrics & Gynecology.

The Commercial Property Services Group team of Rita Dugan, Portfolio Manager, Elizabeth Miller, Portfolio Assistant, Tiffany Koschwitz, Property Accountant, and Jim Leach, Maintenance Technician will handle the day-to-day operations.
